here, we don't really have anything to lose. they'll rub our noses in it, as will fans of other clubs no doubt, but we've endured enough ridicule in these five years since fergie so even though it'll be a load of shit on the day, we'll get over it and i doubt many of us will regard it as one of the absolute low points supporting united. let them have their moment at the expense of a club who are supposedly no longer relevant. hopefully it will give the club a kick up the arse for next season, like 2012 did. |

we're not as far off being, at least, genuine title contenders as people may think. hopefully jose and the board will get the message next weekend and actually feel the switch flick. |

And when United blew it so sickeningly in 1992, I was still convinced they would win it again before we did |

There won't be any 'switch' flicking or any kind of 'eureka' moment where this bunch of spineless millennial instagram handshake £#%&!ers get their act together. United won't win the league whilst Guardiola is at City. |

'Squeaky bum' time - all round!
If the United team goes out there on Saturday with the attitude of a number of people on this thread, then we could finish up getting another 6-1 battering!
Whatever the result we have to put on a show, of not being cowed, of no surrender, of spoiling their party, pissing on their chips, whatever! Yes, City will win the PL this season, but this week could see them humbled by us on their own pitch and have it all to do in the CL against Liverpool if the result at Anfield is the wrong one, its as much a 'squeaky bum' time for them as for us! |

This will be the game where the majority turn on Mourinho, IMO. He'll set up with ten players cowering behind the ball, Fellaini in midfield, and Lukaku isolated as the lone attacker.
City will batter the door down, and score a few, before Mourinho makes his usual substitution on 75 mins by bringing Lingard on for an ineffectual Alexis, and Mata on for a frustrated Rashford. The game will conclude in a series of "ole's" from the City crowd, as Guardiola leads his team to the title. During the post-match, Mourinho will no doubt lay the blame at the door of his 'poor defenders' for not being able to defend enough, have a pop at the United support, and take another swipe at United's history. |
