How long do you think it will be until we win the league again?

For me it’ll take any manager coming in a good 4/5 years before there’s a chance of a title

I’d say mourniho will win it eventually, probably in 2/3/4 years time

Lots of good players I think Fred is more than useful and a good foil for Pogba as he likes a tackle. We have 3 major weaknesses which are serious

1. A commanding experience d centre half to run the defence.

2. A right back who can go forwards and cross

3. A dynamic quick centre forward.

He has managed by luck I think to find a half decent system with full backs pushed high and the defensive midfielder making a 3. He doesn't get the full backs overlapping which renders the system pretty tame.

Biggest priority is to buy a centre half in Jan and in meantime to experiment with Sanchez or Martial at 9 and play Dalot.

yeah, this. do people think that if pep or klopp had a squad that featured lukaku, sanchez, pogba, martial, bailly, shaw and de gea they'd do a terrible job? they'd probably still be up there like they are now.

on paper we're really not as far off being title contenders as people think.

He's a prize weapon NQAT but I would happily cringe on a routine basis in exchange for attacking football

I find Mourinho just as cringeworthy anyway, albeit for different reasons
