O come on, he did good, provided the assist. Did more than Antony in 30 than 60.

Sure, I'd rather have Saka or Foden, but you got to work with what you got.

Lads praising him for “working hard” while mocking anyone who praises Antony for the same reason

Think people are giving him a bit too much credit for the goal too - it was a moment of individual brilliance from Bruno.

Did well when he came on but he’s nowhere near good enough atm. Needs to be loaned somewhere for 18 months.

Sure I saw that comparison on Twitter today.

I was actually more outraged by the comparisons I saw to Kanchelskis

He’s not bad. We’ve wasted a ridiculous amount of money on that position and he looks as good as anyone else we have most of the time.

Bunks will be launching cones if he takes Antony’s spot.

Same number of times he lost the ball in that build up to the goal.

Probably deserves a start over Antony but let’s not pretend he’s any good. He’s not the answer.

Have we all seen enough of him to write him off completely?

It's like he's had the same amount of game time as Anthony and has let us down constantly. I like Anthony, like how he works for the team and when things have gone well (last season) he deserved his spot. This season however, he's been awful and his time away has clearly had an effect. He needs to start being a basic winger - beat his man, cross the ball. He's doing none of that. On merit, he should be dropped and I'm not going to say Pellistri isn't worthy of a chance at least.

Guilty as charged.

One player costs £85m and does nothing for an hour, the other player costs £7.5m and provides the assist for three points.

It may not be Pellistri, it may be Amad, or Mount...or someone else, but at one point, Ten Hag is going to have to give Antony the boot.
