Wouldn't that be an all time record in English club football?

Our best is 12, I think

absolutely anything but a scouse win or they win the league.

draw or city ( if i had more confidence in chelsea, the draw would be best but unfortunately a city win is needed.)

We all knew saturdays games kicked off at 3.07 ....but so do sundays games, even though they're not 3pm kickoffs...1.37pm and 4.07

why are they kicking off seven minutes late?? ...is that the time the match was stopped?
Bit insensitive isn't it? The games will kick off at the exact time people started to die?

They're absolutely buzzing that it's the 25th anniversary so they can force every £#%&!er to do more than the usual minutes silence & black armbands - although I'm sure that will be compulsory too.

Did they kick off 39 mins late in 2010? Oh no that was probably glossed over.

What a cheerful thread. Jesus I am so depressed now.

Will somebody please talk City up and tell me what an excellent team they are, I need to hear it.

What a great season. ffs

Aguero is fit. Would take a dippers win if it meant Torres wins the league in the last minute in front of the kop.

£#%&! that, far too close for my liking - TBH I don't think I can even bring myself to watch it, full on griefmania, aspinall, 96 angels in the sky, the dippers steamrolling city

Will properly ruin my sunday

No because their season's long over by European cup final day.

Anybody who watches it is not right in the head.

Might watch the last five minutes if City are two up.

Of course Liverpool will win this game and their remaining matches to win the league and make it 15 league wins in a row which would break the current record :shakehead:

Most consecutive wins: 14, joint record:[5]
Arsenal (Premier League between 10 February 2002 and 24 August 2002) (Top-flight record)
Manchester United (Second Division, 1904–05)
Bristol City (Second Division, 1905–06)
Preston North End (Second Division, 1950–51)

Can't imagine City will roll over and take a pounding like all their other opponents have been doing lately, can see them winning quite comfortably tbh.

Aguero back is a huge boost for them going into this.

The thought of Gerrard and Ratboy picking up that beautiful trophy just fills me with absolute horror.

So for that reason, I'd take any city win right now.

In the last 13 games played at Anfield, City have won once in 2002

Hopefully the mickeys are emotionally weighed down rather than emotionally buoyed by the occasion

Like in our 50th anniversary of munich match against the same opponents.
