A few pointed out in the build up to the game that Utd might run out of sizable players to mark at set pieces and so it proved.

if we play rooney instead of mata i can almost guarantee that we'll get done more often on the counter.

He spends most of his time shielding the ball and moving back towards his own goal because he is so slow on it it's a doddle to get to him and force him backwards before he can play it.

Fellaini's put himself about a bit & we've been pretty direct at times. There has been no improvement in terms of the Football.

Rooney will rightly start at Eastlands & hopefully will score there like he usually does.

Why does money equate success our squad was completely £#%&!ed and still needs a lot of work. We may spend another 150 in the next 12-18 months and not quite be where we were.


Smacks of naivety about how important the Fergie/Gill setup was to the club..... we're almost starting again, luckily the infrastructure is in place so we have decent income etc.

hes not slow at all.

we looked far more balanced with him on the park than without. tbh we looked more balanced all game than we have all season.
