Did we really need to sign Owen Hargreaves?

I reckon if we hadn't of signed him we would of still won the double imo.

The fact that he only ever seems to be fit when we don't need him, but the times when we really do need him, he's never available.

I bet as soon as Carrick's fit, sods law he'll be fit as well. He's never fit when we need him!

He was fantastic in the CL Final.

Yeah we should have signed another foreigner

We still need a ball winner at the club. His injury record has been a huge disappointment.

Hargreaves is class - it's a shame he has dodgy knees. Hargo/Carrick in the middle is a very good pairing indeed.

The year we signed him saha managed more starts that season that hargo had in the last 2. I said it at the time as well. He is a good player when he is fit but he is hardly ever fit.

Correct.

He was a waste of £18M. Yes he was good in the ECF but we were lucky it fell on a day he was fit. We should have £#%&!ed his and Carrick's transfer fee on a Fabregas/Gerrard type of player.
