What do you think of Jack Wilshere?

Obviously a bit of a gnarly git, but that's not always a problem

Personally I think he looks he's going to be a very very good player

He is going to be a good player. He isn't hard or tough though, snidey @#%&! springs to mind despite the yeah do you want some %@#$&!s he tries when it's not going his way. Like yesterday. Ha ha.

He will replace Fibreglass as the midfield playmaker of Arsenal finishing in the top 4 of the premiership and getting knocked out at the last 16 of the european cup.

Would you prefer to have him or Anderson though? Not knocking Anderson, especially I think he's going to get a lot better, just watching someone run with the ball from midfield and then do something useful with it is exactly what we need

Great talent but has the personality of someone who knows it... Therefore I despise him.

He's going to be little bitch.

Very good footballer. Plays with his chin up off his chest which some of our players could do with learning and has a lovely first touch. Passes properly as well rather than just kicking it at a team mate so he receives it shin high. Something else half of our midfield could do with learning.

Can't say I've ever paid the slightest bit of attention to him tbh.

Good player though probably.

Sublime talent, should become an exceptional player. To be first team player in midfield for a Club of Arsenal’s stature at only 19 is very impressive.

But like Fabregas, he’s at the wrong club if he ever wants to realise his full potential imo. Wenger ingrains a very poor attitude in his players, a misplaced sense of entitlement. They see their arse quite badly whenever an opponent so much as tackles any of them, let alone beat them.

but obviously he's benefited from being thrown into the 1st team quite early

wish SAF would trust his kids more and do the same

but that being said i'd rather not lose to Birmingham City in a Cup Final

Watcher's point is right about the attitude. Wenger just conveys this kind of sneering arrogance which doesn't help.

Wilshere was easily Arsenal's best player yesterday though. Even if he is an obnoxious fat-tongued @#%&!.
