Any big plans?

Me:

Improve CV Fitness
Increase mobility exercises and frequency
Return to squats (year off after back injury)
250kg 1RM Deadlift

Doing my first half marathon this year.

Never ran more than 11km on a tready.

Any tips gents?

Getting back into it - start with conditioning and see where I go from there.

Cutting back on the booze is going to help.

Just build up bit by bit mate.

Start with 5k on a treadmill. Slowly progress your time, build the distance, then get yourself on the road.

Give yourself 24-48 hours between runs to let your body recover.

Hopefully get back playing football and badminton asap.

Been out for 5 weeks with knee ligament damage.

Really frustrating

Ate and drank so much this whole month, I'm a f***ing mess. Still been doing exercise (in gym now) but definitely need a proper detox. Feel like shit.

Same but extend it to half of November too.

I'll be grand in 4 weeks though. DIY, fitness and walking I guess.
