could have been a seamless transition if we had had a replacement working under ferguson for the last three years of his reign....it wouldn't have been a "big name" replacement but the coaching staff and the structure would have remained and continued to grow.

the scousers did it in the 70s and 80s ...no reason why we couldn't have....instead we got £#%&!in Moyes ...and then back to square one with each subsequent change.

If PSG bin Emery it will likely be because of his failure to indulge and pander to Neymar, Alves and their little clique which is dividing the dressing room. Also apparently his tactics are a little too reactionary for Neymar's tastes.

So basically they'll be looking for a soft touch manager who just lets the players get on with it and play how they want.

I'm sure Mou is top of their list.

Herrera, Young, Lingard, Smalling, Blind, Jones, Mkhitaryan, Darmian, etc.

Until United get rid of those shit@#%&!s and replace them with better players, it'll be exactly the same shit on the pitch no matter who the manager is.

Well that certainly rules David Moyes out because, apparently, he 'can't be bothered with any drivel'.

Wouldn't surprise me if the Teflon Chancer ended up getting a six month contact there.

Why on earth would PSG want Mourinho? His style of play couldn't be more different to what the owners at PSG are building with Neymar, Mbappe, Cavani and co. They will want Guardiola or, if they can't get him, Pochettino.

If anything he would have been a good shout to succeed Fergie.

Every paper reporting this morning that United are not concerned about the PSG stories and that he won't be leaving in the summer. Someone felt the need to quash the rumours.

Quash the rumours? It’s clearly club politics between the board and Mourinho over a new contract.
