I'm sure Madrid can rustle up the cash.

Presumably we'll send them a huge chunk of it for one of their offloads anyway.

If they're bidding 300m for Neymar then you can bet Bale or Ronaldo will be off.

Scoring all those goals for South American teams is crazy. There are no minnows in the South American World Cup Qualification; no Faroes or Andorras. And they tend to play friendlies against big countries. To be on 57 goals at the age of 26 is ridiculous.

On current ratio he will overtake Pele (77 goals) as Brazil's highest scorer while comfortably still in his 20s

He’s a massive shithouse. Most overrated ‘world class’ player I’ve ever watched. Wouldn’t want him anywhere near united. Mbappe is twice the player.

This, this and this.

Most overrated player on the planet.

I'd take Mbappe over anyone in the world right now (even Ronaldo).

Thing is, apart from him this Brazil team isn't too dislikeable - he more than makes up for it though.

Stat: Neymar aged 25 years has 138 yellow cards and 8 red cards in his career. Sergio Ramos aged 31 has 189 yellow cards and 23 red cards. At this pace, Neymar will match Ramos’ yellow card tally in around two and a half seasons.
