I was in western £#%&!ing Ireland for the Palace match, the only London away I missed that season. I was back for the Wimbledon celebration though. Does anyone remember the banner hanging from that big pub on the roundabout near the ground...'From Newton Heath to Munich, from Rotterdam to eternity, we'll keep the Red flag flying high 'cos Man Utd will never die'...brought a lump to my throat

I was in there too, I think I ran up and down the stairs about 5 times when the 2nd went in. Epic goon . Considering it was on a big screen the atmosphere was brilliant

It was ace. £#%&! knows why they stopped putting the big screens up, I'd have gone to OT to watch many a game if they still did it.
