The novice who inherited messi, Xavi and iniesta, the novice everyone uses to support the idea of Giggs, was successful and didn't stay for the long term. Quote:

Then from 2013 he said wanted to be at English club until his 60s when he would try and do something with the Portugese... Fergie going for Moyes meant he reluctantly went back to Chelsea and while United have used the last 3 years to £#%&! themselves in every department and will take a lot more work, Mourinho's singular disaster and subsequent sacking means we have one last chance at the obvious. Will the club take it though..? |

I love Giggs, but now isn't the time to blood a novice, we are so deep in the mire, only the best can get us out of it. He's waiting patiently and the future of our great club is in the balance, without him we could carry on being the next Liverpool, with him, we could be back at the top fairly quickly. Nothing's certain in football, but looking at percentages, Mourhino is a winner of the biggest trophies, Giggs has no experience and is a huge risk.

He's got the job....
More of a question of "Will he be that bad" as opposed to "would be that bad" Personally I think he'll be giving the sack after 3 months. He already said those 4 matches gave him sleepless nights. Also said he got scared doing his coaching badges. Great player. One of my football heroes but.....we're done if he gets the job |

Said it before, had Giggs taken over (temp or not) after Norwich or even Stoke we would easily be in the top 4 now.
That said I would be more pissed off if Giggs takes over in the summer than i would if LvG ended up staying. Get Mourinho in the summer and the good times are back 100%. |

Yes.
The club needs to get him out of its system though, so give it him now. Quote:
