Both premature managerial announcements at both City and BM turn out to be a disaster.
Are we surprised?
Nope

Thinks he has the holy trinity of Xavi Iniesta and Messi at their peaks to paper over ze cracks.

Could end up seriously hilarious for us with Fraudiola at city.

bayern were fantastic in the 1st half in turin. just off the top of my head that performance they put on at city last season (or the one before) was an absolute masterclass though... so yeah, i'd say they've gone backwards... it shows the lack of competition they have domestically, and especially this season with dortmund raising their game a bit and going from relegation threatened to title contenders... then again you could say that about the PL with leicester... soz if you read all that

Good first half - 2nd promises to be a belter. Glad that 3rd GS opportunity didn“t go in for Juve.

Yes.

This is a Juve side without Dybala, Chiellini and Marchisio. Could be a classic post match presser at the Allianz, hope the journos are brave. His departure to city has been handled in shambolic fashion.

Lame duck manager mate. Fergie wrote about it in 'Managing my life'. If we allow van Gaal to manage next season with no extension it will be a horror show.
