But would Steve McClaren ever have got the job if he hadn't been hand picked by Fergie to be his right-hand man for 3 years. Fergie's fault.

And unlike youse I'm sad youse are out.

The blame lies squarely at Rooney's door.

the fact that Liverpool (Stevie G, Crouch, Carson in theory), Chelsea (Bridge, J Cole, SWP and Lamps) etc. were willing to sacrifice their best players for the cause of St George whereas Utd deliberately withheld Owen H, Wooney and Wes shows that Utd are the modern Guido Fawkes of the EPL and should be wheeled out and shot immediately.

I blame Gary Bailey, if he didnt get injured training with England he could have still be wearing the no 1 jersey

It should be interesting. I would blame Rooney and Rio both.

I wonder if Krankjar or Eduardo will get a bad reception at away games, but then they don't play for United do they.

GB is a Gary Lineker down in South Africa - still looking really well for his age you know.

Anyway - agreed. If he had caught Brady's cross at the old Wembley. by the Butterfly Effect Utd would have won by 3 clear goals last night.

Let's form an angry mob and mull our options.

I would actually blame the Croatians. That 23 pass move preceding the 3rd goal was not part of the script. How dare they do that at the home of football.

how very dare they pass a ball incisivley, shoot at the goal and show passion and technique in a match that had nothing actually riding on it for them?

Its a disgrace...and United must be held accountable for this...somehow.

Barwick has a face that just says "punch me"

Seriously, I can see at least one of the red tops blaming Rooney - What with the alledged reports of him training for United earlier this week, I can see shouts of traitor on the way.
