in other words, support the team as loudly as you want, but don't tell the players what to do. Leave that to the coach, he knows better than you.

All seems fairly sensible, even if it's a bit complicated.

Looking at those rules my first instinct is to  too, but these parents are £#%&!ing out of control. Something needs to be done.

The play in all positions rule is a great idea.

The Retreat Line Rule/Back Pass Rule might need some clarification.

Not allowing keepers to pick up the ball from a back pass is good, the aim to improve their ball playing is correct but if as soon as a keeper has the ball the opposition has to retreat to their own half it feels a little redundant. Means that the keeper will effectively have safe possession and there is still ultimately a cheap back pass option that will not force the keepers to improve their ball playing if they can not be pressed.

Perhaps I am reading it incorrectly.

Incidentally I hate playing in 7 asides when keepers can pick up the ball from a back pass.

The No Instructions rule will be easy to get round. Just talk like an Australian and pretend you're asking a question when really you're making a statement.

Two On The Edge?
Box ‘Em In?
Man on?
Cut inside? Cut inside?

tear up the entire football system from the bottom up, copy Iceland, Netherlands, Belgium's best ideas, accept that will be a few tournaments worth of non qualification while new coaching philosophy sets in and maybe England will have a decent system.
As it stands this will do £#%&! all and the like of Gareth Southgate will still get the job for some inexplicable reason

Looks like they want silent parks (will prep them well for the premierleague tbf ) walking pace football with no tackling that every game ends 10 all.

That power play rule sometimes you need a good turning over.

Completely agree about sorting parents tbf. They should have the ability to send them off. For e.g be at least 200m away from the pitch something with the team being docked points etc...

Where's that?

I am willing to guess it has a somewhat funereal atmosphere, though.
