I don't give a £#%&! about net spend as we've improved the team in midfeild and defence with Memphis on top for 8m which is top buisiness leaving us over100mil to sort out attack out and maybe a defender. We always moan that we buy at top prices and get £#%&! all return but now lvg has shipped most of the shit c***s out freeing up wages and funds to get the right players in. I don't want any Madrid or barca cast offs(maybe bale)especially Latin players that will look at us as a step down. Wouldn't mind some of that saved cash used to expand the south stand |

Nothing's changed.
Leadership at the back is still a joke (along with the balance in possession) and obviously we need a striker. No point bringing in back-ups cus what we have is already good enough for that. No point bringing in an automatic starter either is there, cus of the knock-on effect. Mess. Here's hoping LVG shows faith in the young players instead, but get the impression he'll end up doing neither - no major signings and the youth barely getting a look in either. Let's see where Romero's head's at after the window shuts. Hopefully he has too much respect for the manager to start throwing them in but for some reason I don't trust him - probably the Argie thing tbf. |
