Thumbs down Re: Tonight's football

Expect Arsenal to nick it 1-2 in the Nou Camp.
Barcelona will bottle it.

I might be more fearful of that but for the fact they have hardly any players

We *need* them to be smashed out of sight - if only in the hope that it might burst the Wenger myth for a least a few fawning, credulous hacks. Admittedly that is probably a vain hope on both counts, but fingers crossed

Arsenal going through would be good for us anyway. I think Inter would beat Barca by the way

I dont get this. Who would you rather play in the final? Forget all this "have to beat the best", i'd rather just win the trophy

We aren't through ourselves yet - and a big setback for L'Arse here would surely extinguish any remaining league hopes

Agree about Inter though - the sort of team Barca least like playing, as Chelsea showed last year.

barca

i do think you should beat the best to win it, but i also think we'd be extremely motivated to play barca, while arsenal would be extremely motivated against us.

aside from that, the media £#%&!athon over all things wenger is irritating enough when they win £#%&! all. it would be utterly unbearable if they actually fluked a cl win.

Sorry ric, not picking on you here but Arse have no chance of the league either. They might finish 2nd, but there's no way they'll overtake us and chelsea.

I have no doubts we'd beat Arsenal in the European Cup Final.

Can't say the same about Bartha.

Its a fair point but even if we beat CSKA in the final, its still a competition that at one point contained all the best teams in europe. Except City.

Absolutely.
I hope Barcelona wipe the £#%&!ing floor with them.

But in keeping with Arsenal's season I expect Barcelona to be down to 10 men for the majority of the game (after a fair challenge) & I expect that @#%&! Bendtner to pop up with a late goal.

You can hardly call Barcelona bottlers.

High scoring game on the cards, 4-2 to Barca.

Would improve our chances of winning it. I'd fancy our chances against Inter or Arsenal in Madrid. Barca would be a completely different matter.

Not an issue though. I can't see any way Arsenal will go through tonight.

Julio Cesar's a good £#%&!ing goalkeeper. Brazil are going to win the World Cup.
