Another quality young player we don't even know exists. United are a disgrace.
Tbf, Fellaini is just about 2 Bernard's.

Shit move professionally, but he couldn't turn them down. He was really hesitant about going there, but Shakhtar flew him and his family to Donetsk and apparently offered him a five-year deal on €93,000 per week and paid for a mansion, driver, translator and personal chef.

How is a 20-year-old hobbit from Brazil meant to turn that down?

No one else would match the asking price.

It's telling that all the other top clubs have enough of these dynamic creative pacy playmaker winger types that none of them could fit Bernard in. The only player we have in that mould is Kagawa though he's not really pacy.

A Brazilian international at 20 yrs old, knocking on the door for a starting spot, no big clubs in for him and we're not fussed. Could've been our Hazard.

And, he'll sell for twice the price in two years - don't forget that.

Not sure I agree on this one. Bernard has ability, but I don't reckon he's close to being ready for a big club. Shakhtar is a dangerous move for him; I assume he has assurances from Scolari. I wouldn't blame big clubs for not committing that type of fee/wages to him.

Quintero to Porto for £5m is the one. I can see him being worth £30-40m in a couple of years. Stunned there wasn't a mass scramble there.

Bernard looks a good player, but apparently Willian might be available from Anzhi. He is a brilliant player already.

Imagine if we ditched Ashley Young and brought in Willian.

Chuck in a £30m bid for Willian, and put the £35m set aside for Fabregas toward Vidal and jobs a good'un .

But we're more likely to sell Nani, and buy the clogger's from Everton and Wigan .

Gave it a proper goon at Camp Nou when turning them over with Inter, though

Top big-game striker. Equaliser against Arsenal in Paris; opening goal in Rome. Two huge winners at Stamford Bridge with Barca and Inter.

Incorrect.
Romario was one of the best strikers I've ever seen.
Him and stoichkov were an awesome pairing.
