mom for me was vidic - absolutely superb. i doubt drogba has been so dominated all season. brown was solid but offered nothing going forwards. rooney and scholes were up there with vidic. carrick had an excellent game, providing the platform for scholes, but - as usual - it's not appreciated on here.

gabby's distribution was poor. giggs was wasteful and ronnie lacked support - the full backs failed to offer anything down the flanks, which was key to our relatively poor attack. vds was excellent as well - superb reactions to get down to lampard's shot in the first half and solid on crosses.

Rooney, Scholes & Vidic in that order for me...the rest of the back4 did well too. The other players didn't show up let's be honest.
