I think Socrates would baulk at claims that morals began with monotheism, or Aristotle that pre-christian people believed the earth was flat.

He talked a lot of sense and shite did Hitchens.

they shouldn't but they do. the argument that morality derives from god is a cornerstone of religion.

it's a good book. not the "good book", that's a shite book. not the shi'ite's book, that's a different book altogether. and shite.
