as for the europa league, unlike last time we might actually be forced to take it seriously. the thursday night bit is a pain in the arse, but the sunday bit is standard now anyway, so bring it on.

i remember people on here who have said previously that the uefa cup would be a laugh, as it would be a chance for some decent aways and a chance to win it for the first time.

Standard wise, I would put us on a par with Wigan atm who lest we forget, beat City in one of the best ever cup finals of all time, ever.

They showed us that day that it can be done. Why can't we do the same to City this time round? Obviously, the odds are stacked massively against us but with the cup, you just never know.
