Pub player apparently

Would anyone be surprised if he chose to play elsewhere next season? Doesn't he still have some of the best stats in top level football*, despite some of the shote he has to play alongside

*This could easily not be true

He's not had a good season. He'll be the first to admit that, and has. No player who's playing poorly should ever be exempt from being dropped for a bit, and it does constitute A problem.

Why does it have to be any more complicated than that?

The Telegraph are spinning it the he feels "undervalued" and wants to leave.
Hahahahahaha

him and rashford to leave in one summer! The best summer the club would have had in ages!

i did see we would be complete and utter shit the moment those two are our main players and just look at us now!

Getting rid of them two would be a dream!

If Inter are, you can help him with the lingo.

He's a fantastic player. Really important that we keep him.

suggesting rashford is a lazy, wall-charging, rasmus-ignoring waste of space is fine.

suggesting that our hardest working and most effective player every game for the last 4+ years is a bit shit is just silly.

This. Classic British press/low IQ United fan responses to it.

Rating Bruno or not is a bit of a litmus test for if you know your stuff or not. Top player

Whilst he has not had as good a season as previous, he:

A) Works harder than pretty much any other player
B) Keeps trying to create even when its not happening for him
C) Has at least three players playing worse than him on any given day. Usually far more.
D) Is the Captain (may not be a huge deal but as man management goes dropping your captain should be avoided if possible - and here I believe it is possible)

Furthermore, and even if you don't agree with the above, people went further than saying he should be dropped - people were saying he should be sold.

True. Weird that people would say not to sack EtH because of the replacement options, but wouldn't apply the same logic to getting shut of our best player.

Every player adds something and subtracts other things, but we only seem to focus on one or the other depending whether we like the guy or not. Bruno works his socks off, is always available and creates chances, but how many chances do opposition teams get because he gave it away in that chain of events? There's a stat for one, but not the other.

How many times do we waste opportunities because he blasted it 40 yards wide? How damaging is it to our structure that he's trying to play 5 different roles popping up here there and everywhere? How much does all the arm waving and constant bitching at team mates detract from what should be a great example he sets young players with his work ethic? Does he make the players around him better or worse?

There's no point pretending this shit doesn't exist. Praise players you don't like when they do well and criticise ones you do like when they're shit. In too many games this year Bruno's been shit.

It’s unfortunate but Keane is a £#%&!ing contrary #@&%!. Once he gets his head up his arse about a player then that’s the end of the story.

Does my head in listening to that whiny, high pitched voice he does when he’s trying to be the odd man out on an issue.

Great player, dull man.
