I'm all for the rafalution but I can't believe this signing. 17 mill for a Chelski reject is a lot of money. The lad is great going forward but there are question marks over his defending and personally I think the money could have been spent better, considering that we're meant to be skint. We're in need of another quality striker more than anything.

Hopefully he'll prove me wrong and be worth every penny.

our record signing didnt start our champions league final or semi finals (both legs) and was the poorest player on the pitch in both legs against inter and subbed off after 55 minutes against porto.

is a united team he scored 9 league goals and never looked like a genuine goal threat.

we would be laughing if the scousers bought him and he performed the way he did for us.

and deep down they all know he wont get any better. he had a average spurs type season at united last season and will be no better next season.

i usually support all united players no matter what but there is something about berbatov that doesnt sit right with me. he just isnt a united player.
