Football Us against Chelsea and City soon

Do you reckon our team have a good chance of beating them?

Hard fixtures for us and the vermin have now got it easier than us

would hate for us to drop points and them climb above us in the league!

I fancy us getting something at The Emptihad but fear Chelsea will beat us like a ginger stepchild even (especially) at OT.

I have no idea if we'll beat them or not, but i think we'll have a better chance of beating City than Chelsea at the moment tbh.

if we can put out a decent midfield against either of them, we will scare the pants off them.

they will probably play for the draw and win anyway.

Less games for us so it could go our way (we hope)

Don't fancy us in either as it stands, but anyone worrying about whether or not Liverpool go above us in the meantime is a £#%&!ing berk.

After the Leicester game I was dreading these two fixtures, but we“ve improved over the last couple of games.

Everyone look relaxed and up for it prior to today“s kick-off. Confidence will soar if we can beat West Brom before the Chelsea game.

Not being involved in Europe is a big plus for us so I reckon we“ll get 4 points from the two games. Could be in 3rd spot after the City match.

F*** me it will be amazing if we do em both and will deffo boost our confidence and give us that belief again of having a good chance of making it 21 titles

Would rather we get the 3 points against West Brom & then see where we are.

Like I said, one game at a time... But it'd be nice.

so is it chelsea home and then city away.

I'm sorry, but there's no way we're taking four point of those two with how open we are these days and how we fade in games. given how ruthless and clinical both city and chelsea are.

I think we're getting better, have huge attacking talent and we're doing as best we can with the iinjuries, but we've been hanging on by our fingernails against everton and west ham at home and shipped five at Leicester. I could see us blowing spurs or Liverpool away, but we're not ready for city or chelsea yet.

hate works too.

I have no interest in where Liverpool are in comparison to us after seven matches.

I certainly wouldn't 'hate' it if they went above us. If they won their next three and we got 7 out of 9, they'd go above us but I'd be £#%&!ing delighted with that return.

I think all that less games stuff is %@#$&!s tbh. Everton played in Russia on thursday yet we were the ones blowing out of our arses with 20 mins left.

Our pace and intensity drops dramatically in the final stages of games, it's alarming tbh. A lot of players coming in from european leagues who aren't obviously used to the 90+ mins of mayhem every week in the premier league. The most obvious ones are Di Maria and Blind. It ends up with opposition players just getting free runs straight at our defence.

If that happens against either City or Chelsea, it'll be curtains.
