worst generation of england players i've ever seen.

£#%&!ing delph, townsend and Henderson.

What the £#%&!ing hell hodgson is still doing with the job after the world cup farce is mind blowing.

Add Jones and Cahill to that. No team would do well with Hart, Cahill and Delph as it's spine - along with a knackered Rooney.

The pundits will probably blame Smalling but that was horrific from Cahill for the goal, not stepping up with the rest or tracking the run, nowhere effectively.

Jones and Smalling have been playing a high line all season, much more comfortable in it than Cahill who is used to sitting deep and cover in front.

I think the fa probably recognise the players are shite so are letting a cheap yes man stay in charge. No point getting a big name manager on £10m a year to oversee this shower.

I'm only catching bits of it, but it's all rather uninspiring and, yes, where are the special players in this side?

what the hell is Andros Townshend doing in this side? can't start for spurs and just so average. can rattle in a few from 25 yards, but so could Ian Woan.

Sterling looks burnt out at 19 or however old he is and if Liverpool make Henderson their club captain then they're idiots.

Phil Jones is barely a centre half never mind a right back and Joe Hart is a #@&%!head.

The likes of Townsend and Gibbs starting who are squad players at their clubs is very telling.

Ridiculous isn't it. Hodgson needs to £#%&! off ASAP. FA yes man.

Redknapp was going to have Rodgers as his no2 but they went for Hodgson say what you want about Harry and Rodgers but they'd have England playing some good stuff nqat.

Hodgsons style is totally unsuited to the international game. He can do a decent job with a middling club who he sees every day, can drill the £#%&! out of and organize.
