Mrs J grew up in Bletchley and her mum still lives there. MK is gruesome, devoid of any kind of identity, just bland beyond belief.

The roundabouts are because Milton Keynes is based on a grid street system, similar to cities in the United States.

way more roundabouts than typical in us. it was an experiment based the old fashioned idea that cars are great. In modern town planning, to place a roundabout is to fail.

I used to go raving in milton Keynes in the 90s/early noughts. Had some cracking times there,incidentally at the same place where the football ground is now.

Apart from that the place is a shithole.
Most of their fans will be guys who can't afford to see their first team (spurs/chelsea ect).
