Recently, the 1-0 at city the season before last. Watching them @#%&!s balloon about at full time, knowing that that result had pretty much just cost us the league to them, after a shite performance and a shite crowd full of £#%&!ing mongs.

Probably Dortmund. I really did think we'd finally got it together that time.

I was literally in a black hole of depression for 2 days after that before starting to get over it

Bizarrely worse than losing those two European Cup Finals to Barca as we will be in more Finals in the future and will win it again but I can't see us ever getting close to beating City 6-1 on their own ground even if they become shit again

Fulham away in 09 was a right kick in the balls. On the back of you know what... really looked like we'd rolled over and let you know who win the league

Portsmouth in 2008 was a kick in the balls. Dominated it from start to finish but lost 1-0.

Arsenal put ten men behind the ball for the entire game, got incredibly lucky, made no attempt to attack and somehow scabbed it on pens. Wenger never got a word of criticism for it.

The FA Cup finals to Arsenal and Chelsea pissed me off a fair bit, especially arsenal as we played them off the park. Portsmouth in the fa cup in hindsight as we would have won the treble that year.

tbh any time united lose i feel pretty sick, either because its to a close rival or its a big game, or its a game we should really be winning!

Can’t really look past the Apocalypse of 2012, nothing else compares. Blowing an eight point lead to crap like Wigan and Everton, completely bottling the title decider at City (Park starting, no shots on target etc), the final day of the season. ffs, it was just one swift kitc after another. Horror show.

There’s also the cetain knowledge that United will never inflict a defeat that’s even remotely as painful as that on them. Ever.

Most recently it would be getting knocked out of the Champion's League by Bayern (2010) and Madrid (2013). The two Champion's League finals against Barca left me in a dark hole for days, too. Don't think I'll get over those fully until we win Big Ears again.
