That'd be cool. They could issue the crowd with green and red rep squares to hold up during the match

Its not though Duckers, there are some courses inbetween which focus on youth football rather than proceeding to level 2. They can also ask you to do up to 2 years on a level 1 before proceeding to level 2
Once you are at level 3 you can work in an academy, level 4 is required to head up an academy

%@#$&!s, they tell everyone with half a brain to do level 2 (which you don't need unless you are a complete bellsniff or want to actually work as a coach).

How did you get graded 'excellent' too? When I did mine last year it was pass or fail...nobody failed.

Overall report was excellent, our coach (scouse lad who was sound) gave us all specific feedback at the end.
TBF he told a lot of them to focus on youth module 1 rather than proceed, you are right though its virtually impossible to fail

Its the first acheivement I've had since school so £#%&! off, okay?

2 days of non stop football, running and sunshine has done me in.
Level 1 is decent if you've no experience in coaching properly. If you have been told how to structure a session with a warm up, small sided activity, more game related activity and then a game to finish then that is Level 1. Plus a manual with a few games in it and a few days of watching #@&%!s do a session while talking into their session plans and shaking like a shitting dog.

Level 2 is miles better, although the USSF Licenses shit all over the FA ones.
