What's the flying time from Manchester to Morocco? Will he have to hire a jet?

Did I miss anything?
You did - Stanley Matthews - played at OT in his 50's - was there for that.

Opportunities in bundles - Ed will be on to it. A gay section in the SBC stand for Cristiano fans. A real turning point in football.

So Mourinho, Ronaldo and Zlatan at OT next season.

Could be an interesting media circus if nothing else

One thing you can bank on .... I'm not a thief and nor am I a liar.
Never ever compare me to your parents in terms of attitude, self-presentation or mindset. I am not waiting fot God.
Money ON the table - ANY amount - should you ever want to challenge anything serious I've ever posted on this forum. Put up or shut up.
There, that should do it.

What exactly does that have to do with Ronaldo?

AR very rarely posts anything that isn't about himself.

Ronaldo is so fit he is capable of giving us 5 good seasons. Matthews was just an example of what an individual football player can achieve. Probably a poor one in hindsight, but I'm sure you get my drift.

For me, it comes down to three things:

Is he better than what we have? I think we can all agree on this one!

Are there better options? I'm not sure there are. We need someone who can take the pressure off the kids and drag us forward for a couple of years whilst we address the obvious deficiencies in our squad.

Will he be a negative influence on other players? Unlikely, he's a model professional.

So in summary: get it done.
Yep, spot on IMO. Not happening, though.

100 pc spot on. If we're going to invest in players who are in the twilight of their careers ( which we have done under van Gall) then sign the second greatest player on the planet.

Footballing perspective - Could he compete in the PL? £#%&!, he'd rip this piss poor league apart for a good 3 seasons. At least.

Financial perspective - The sponsors would love it. Adidas would £#%&!ing cream over the number of shirts that would be flying off the shelves.

Fans perspective - The majority would £#%&!ing love him back.
