It's chicken and egg though. If he were to force the issue more, make runs in advance of the ball and give players like Pogba and Carrick the option of playing through the defence instead of wanting ball to feet all the time and being fifteen yards behind where he should be he'd immediately be twice the player.
How many times when the ball's coming down the right do you see him never break from a jog out on the left? If that's Giggs or Ronaldo they are breaking their necks to get in that box.

Tbh I've not seen much of Chelsea in the last few years so I've no idea if he's any good but he plays in a position where we desperately needed a player so I'm happy.

I have faith in Mou's ability to identify a good player
