What do you reckon of River's chances in Quito? Always a tough place to go.

A brutal game. When I saw the draw I ticked it off as a loss, I mean 15,000 ft?

The problem is the stupid home loss to Caracas, which means getting at least a draw would be very desirable.

I can't see them failing to advance, even if they lose tomorrow, but a loss would certainly introduce a lot of uneccessary stress to the whole thing. Which I really won't need, given it will be during the final few games of United's run in.

2-0. That looks to have killed it off.

I'm not a fan of that piece of goalkeeping. Sanchez is always stretching to get to it, and if Caranta stays on his line, there's no way that or any shot beats him.

Yeah, sorry. I'll very possibly be going through the same thing tomorrow.

10 minutes to go, still 2-0. Boca had a couple of decent chances actually, though Toluca also hit the bar and Caranta made a good save.

Cheers. I'll give you some rep for that

Boca fans still in good voice anyway. Then again, I can't make out what they're singing. Maybe something about Russo's coat

That was good support for a long away. They didn't look very happy, but were indeed in good voice.

I'm off to bed.

Didn't he win it with Newell's Old Boys a couple of years ago, too?

Rep for the thread, fellas.

What time do these games kick-off, pretty late I presume?

Out of interest, is that Bruno Marioni you're talking about? I remember him playing in Spain, for Tenerife I think.

How are the respective Buenos Aires giants looking for the championship?

Last night's game was a late kickoff, 11 PM in the US. The River game tonight kicks off at a happier 6 PM. That's 11 PM your time I reckon?

Yep it's Bruno Marioni. Off to something of a stumbling start to his Boca career.

I think both River and Boca will challenge for the title. Estudiantes looks like the magic is not quite there. San Lorenzo looked devastating in La Bombonera the other week, not sure if they can continue that pace, but they certainly look the business, and Ramon Diaz is a more than capable boss. The superclasico is at Boca this season, so that could be a crucial advantage for the bosteros. Then again River won there last Clausura, so who knows.

I'm hopeless with streaming sites. SN should be able to sort it though.
