How long is it before these 'chicken farmers' send the club down - they don't really strike me as the kind of people who are going to take the club forward.

The Rao brothers want a 'marquee' signing, is coming out of their own pockets apparently, not the club.

Ronaldinho's agents are using Blackburn's massive wage offer (£130k p/w) to push the price up for the Brazilian clubs that are interested. Problem with Brazil is the money just isn't there, clubs have to use their sponsors to add extra wage money.

Blackburn might actually financially end up being the best offer for him and reputation wise playing in the premier league with Blackburn is still better than playing in the obscure brazilian leagues. Obviously if Ronaldinho is past it though he'll just look like a tit, because it's not like his team-mates are going to be able to do much to help

Surprised there isn't someone a bit better than Blackburn & a bunch of Brazilian clubs in for him though... had a pretty good season last season. Not so good this year but if he's motivated to get into the Brazil squad for 2014 his last 3 years or so might turn out to be pretty good...
