In all papers.

The lad is finished at United. For £20m though double and then we'll talk.

Hasn't got many options though has he?

I'd like to see a journalist ask Fergie directly on Friday to see if it has any truth to it.

I mean, I'd like to see Fergie's reaction.

Obviously Rooney is going to have to be replaced, I think he'd be a decent signing, also allows us to play Kagawa more centrally.

Btw, remember the season we bought Rooney and people were looking forward to the Ruud/Rooney combination.

Ruud was sold that summer, after struggling for form that season.

I think we all know Rooney isn't likely to be a great player much into his 30s. So it's about getting the moment right. This summer might be a bit premature, but I'd trust Fergie to get it right.

Shades of Beckham 2003, no?

Been there, done that.

Either way, he'd be off to Chelsea in a heartbeat. Trust me.

Yep, great isn't it?
The Press absolutely love it. As soon as they got 24hrs worth of hysteria about Fergie out of the way they could move on to Rooney.

It's the first week of March ffs, what are they going to do? not play him between now & the end of the season?

Getting rid of Rooney and signing some overrated shite from Germany is rediculous

Letting a manager who only has a season or two left sell one of our best players over personnel issues is pretty £#%&!ing stupid too.

£#%&! off.
