I met a traveller from an antique land,
Who said—“Two vast and trunkless legs of stone
Stand in the desert. . . . Near them, on the sand,
Half sunk a shattered visage lies, whose frown,
And wrinkled lip, and sneer of cold command,
Tell that its sculptor well those passions read
Which yet survive, stamped on these lifeless things,
The hand that mocked them, and the heart that fed;
And on the pedestal, these words appear:
My name is Ozymandias, King of Kings;
Look on my Works, ye Mighty, and despair!
Nothing beside remains. Round the decay
Of that colossal Wreck, boundless and bare
The lone and level sands stretch far away.”

We’ve spent 50m on a new midfield player. Sanchez will be settled in.

Maybe we’ll play like a settled team.

Honestly would only take City's squad over ours. Liverpool have strengthened but still have £#%&! all cover in lots of areas, Spurs bought nobody, Chelsea and Arsenal have bought a few in but are just as likely to be flops than successes.

We haven't closed the gap on City and are a mile from winning the Champions league but things are nowhere near as bad as some on here make out.

Just like when i made that thread after the Arsenal game with Van Gaal in charge about United being fragile as shit, people derided but eventually came round to see it.

I said United won't win 4 out of the first 10 games and I £#%&!ing meant it. I wasn't saying it to be a 'doomlord', we're well past that now. Reality has over taken the parody.

Where this bottoms out I have no idea. You have to wonder where 'rock bottom' would be. Losing at home to Wolves? Losing to Burnley next week? No idea.

Decent side to be fair. We should aspire to play like Wolves, etc.
