The criticism was more than merited.

Keano's a club legend and always will be. A player for the big occasion, a leader who made his teammates better and willed those around him to victory.

Ronaldo's a better player though.

There's no doubting that he was a better player. but my question was leading to more about what this team could do with right now. I'd still pick Ronaldo because like most have said he could almost guarantee you 30+ goals a season but we are definitely lacking a leader.
