Love the way Falcao lets the ball past him in such nonchalant fashion. Then Eder sets himself up for the volley and smashes it in while on the run. It's £#%&!ing beautiful, what a moment.
Another beauty -
Zico's turn & through ball rool:

Terrible news. The 1982 World cup was the first I got to see almost all the matches from start to finish. Socrates, Zico, Falcao - bunch of cool mother£#%&!ers.

Yep, a great side. Just a shame they had to knock out that Brazilian team, though

tbf that Brazil side just didn't defend well enough to win a major tournament. Their fullbacks played as wingbacks - not wingers but fullbacks who pushed forward along the wings, not wingers though, in fact not resembling wingers at all. Look, just stop talking about wingers.

No such thing in football, pal.......

And even if there was, the 1954 Hungarians have a(n even) more deserving claim. Maybe the Netherlands in 1974, too

Best world cup ever. I cried when Brazil went out, raged when france went out, and wanted to be tardelli when he scored that goal in the final.

No such thing in life. I deserve to be high sheriff of Middleton, not gonna happen.

Oh hang on: 'High Sheriffs receive no remuneration and no part of the expense of a High Sheriff’s year falls on the public purse'.

Stick it.
