Default Todays games

Chelsea 3-0.Arsenal have no spine whatsoever, and we'll be 5 points behind.Still, we'll click soon enough
Liverpool..... would love this to be a toughie, imagine the hysterics if they didn't win.

City will batter the Geordies.

Thoughts?

City will be above us in the Table in a few hours time....& they have the whole International fortnight to enjoy it
Still, as long as Evra & co. got a good rest yesterday aye?

Chelsea aren't actually that good & if we had a squad anything close to one's we've had in recent years we'd stroll to number 19.
Our lack of investment these past 2 summers has gift-wrapped trophies to Chelsea.
I think Arsenal might get a point today tbh

We would still be above ciddy whatever their result today - but for that £#%&!ing farce at Everton

And yes, I am going to keep mentioning it - at least until we show some decent away form (if that ever happens, of course) Almost as shameful an episode as Leeds, in its own way

I still have flashbacks from the Everton game.
We were 1-3 up ffs...in stoppage time. They had hardly looked a threat for the entire half. Even I thought the points were safe ffs.
Absolutely unforgivable capitulation under the circumstances

For the love of God let's hope Rio stays fit

Resting him for England? Makes me laugh, a lot of young managers nowadays seem to drop their star players from time to time, as if to demonstrate that they are different, not afriad to make big decisions etc. Seems to me with City's defence not being the biggest, he'd cause them some problems today if they can get the ball in to good wide positions.

Yup, I fully expect a triple helping of shite today

You do realise, of course, that if the Vermin win they will be only four points behind us?? Shows just how shameful our away displays have been so far. Yes, I'm pissed off

Redknapp: "Oh for sure, Richard. He's spent lisherally nothing.Ever.But to see his kids out there today.......one of them could just about crawl.....it was such a pleasure to watch. This time, in 2025, I can honestly see them nearly winning the title. And it's all down to Wenger."
