It is from the owners point of view, but the Boleyn ground has always been a top ground to go to. Used to be a great atmosphere in there especially in the North Bank, and the tight pitch used to give them a real edge there.

Sticking 20,000 fans in an olympic-sized stadium will ruin it from a footballing point of view.
