Just got this back from Streford Dave.
Quote:
They had a national strike the other year and they wanted everyone to strike. Not everyone went on strike, but its not in my hands if the coaches decide to strike. (I very much doubt it due to the authorities knowing what is happening in Valencia).
Clear as mud then.

I've driven from Barcelona to Valencia. The actual driving's fine, the main problems are a) the number of £#%&!ing tolls on the motorways, b) other Spanish drivers, and c) parking.

Ballot result out today, £#%&!ing ticket office @#%&!s

6 season ticket applications, one of which has missed one euro away in 3 season & not one ticket for the Valencia. Meanwhile another mate who has just a membership but did hold a season ticket for 20 years previously gets a ticket in the same ballot

As you can imagine phone calls have gone in today to the TO & no £#%&!ing @#%&! is helpful. Everyone of the morons working in the TO came up with the same response....."Send it in to the club via an email"

Also what is the new club stance in not re-selling cancellations? One of my mates asked if that if they received 1000 returns would they sit on them & not sell them on. The answer was they would return them to the home club as it is not United's problem apprently all CL clubs have made an agreement this year to return cancelled tickets to the home club & not re-sell them. Which sounds like a loads of %@#$&!s to me.

Is there anybody that works in the club we support that actually gives a £#%&! about anyone but themselves

Anyone got any spares?

Is it collection over there? Haven't checked my results yet, but I'm not expecting much. The club are complete @#%&!s when it comes to tickets.

Yep, collection with photo ID apprently. Looks like there will a big piss up in Benidorm on the day/night of the game as no £#%&!er seem to have got a ticket via the ballot.

Also did u know United are laying on a day trip to Valencia for £300 with a guarenteed ticket? £#%&!ing @#%&!s the lot of em. Euro aways was the last link I had to going to watch United. They have now systematically taken that away from us. £#%&! em, no more for me.
