Depends on whose fault it was most likely ETH but so stupid to let regullion go. Even if you think shaw is going to play malacia clearly is £#%&!ed for the season they needed cover

We then have 5th and 6th choice CBs playing. The defence is the worst because it’s not a proper defence.

ETH isn’t helping the cause either by allowing them to be so open and having Casemiro ,whose legs have stopped working in the middle of the pitch where it’s most open. Either play him as a DM with two CMs infront of him or drop press as much because they can’t do it properly and once passed it opens up gaps.

Stick rashford playing shit and nobody wanting to pass to hojlund and this is what you get.

He needs to change formation or something, he won’t. With better players it wouldn’t be this bad but as a manager he surely has to realise this way is not great for the players he has available.

Got lucky today, hopefully we can beat Coventry with some confidence and just have something to feel good towards the end of the season. If we don’t win the FA cup I think he will get the sack. Just hope it’s not potter or Southgate they decide to bring in
no shit.

Same shit every £#%&!ing game but he changes nothing
Leaves Rashford on for the whole game

Starting, then leaving that lazy £#%&! on is beyond indefensible.

Time to go back and edit that post I made the other day about keeping eth on next season.

Anyone over the age of 23 needs to be sacked.

Either ten Hag doesn't understand what he's looking at or he has no solution to it. They should have been 4-1 up at halftime, just like everyone we play. It's the same shit every game.

10h asked about the number of chances. it's only a problem because we keep losing the ball, apparently. being out of position wouldn't matter, otherwise. you can't predict losing the ball.

also complaining about the defence. not the lack of a midfield (that is 100% on him).

I think i've come to terms with the fact that the way we play under him now isn't going to change.

If you'd have told me back in August we'd be going into the business end of the season with a back 4 of Dalot, Kwambwala, Maguire and Wan Bissaka i'd have probably hoped it was some awful fever dream.

There's no reason now with top 4 being a virtual impossibility that the likes of Amad, Mount, Amrabat and Eriksen shouldn't be at least getting some minutes at the end of games even just to give others a break. Amad at least looked fresh when he came on , Garnacho has looked like he's needed a rest for about 3 weeks.

I know it's easy to point at Casemiro lumbering about but he's completely ill-suited to this chaosball we play. He's been knitting things together at Madrid with Kroos and Modric for 10 £#%&!ing years, playing the game at his own pace like Rodri at City. Sitting in the middle of a perfectly harmonious machine.

Suddenly in his twilight year at the age of 32 he's been dropped into this washing machine on spin cycle of a midfield and we're expecting him to cover huge spaces, constantly making sprints up and down the pitch, which he simply can't £#%&!ing do. It's idiocy. He'll get injured again soon and he'll be done for the season, you watch.

You'd be better off sticking mason mount in there who at least has that kind of energy.

Every week we face teams who either advance the ball 50 yards with no resistance or play one ball from deep and bypass 5 players. He can't not see it surely? This is the man who, supposedly, measures the length of the grass down to the last mm.

He might wanna let it grow a foot tbh.

Well it's a feature of his teams apparently if you watch that video of him on dutch telly doing the rounds. His Ajax team were much the same, leaving huge gaps in midfield.

It's hard to believe you can get within a whisker of a CL final with no midfield.
