Not Tevez mainly because he has proved that he can play in England and he is a proper grafter like Rooney as well as extremely skillful. If they wanted Fletcher, O'Shea or even Dong though I'd be up for it.

nope. not because he's better (he's not - messi is a freak) but because he's a red. messi isn't.
i'd rather kid myself that tevez will spend his entire playing career with us a la ole than swap for someone for a couple of years. would you swap the entire playing staff for a bunch of other players? of course not, because it just wouldn't be united. it would be like what happened to chelsea - i've got a mate who stopped supporting chelsea a couple of years back because he couldn't recognise the club. half the team changing each year, none of them with any connection to the club. he hated it. |
