Some spoilt @#%&!s on here who talk about who we should sign, moan about not everyone being world class, etc. we've never had a squad with all world class players and we've had worse managerial appointments than DFM.

Didn't he just do that with Everton, a team much worse than us? And i think Everton lost just two more games than United and they lost exactly the same amount as chelsea & arsenal and one less than spurs.

And Everton finished with a better defensive record than United.

Yes but it doesn't automatically mean he'll do better cos he has better players. He could get vertigo and make a pigs ear of it. Probably not, but you never know...

We've not a managerial appointment in the lifetime of any of the gloryhunting @#%&!s. I only remember Sexton and Big Ron before SAF. Most of us in our late 30s only just remember Dave Sexton as well, mainly Big Ron and Fergie. Too many in their comfort bubbles. Oh no, Robbo's gone. Win the double. Oh no, Cantona's left. Win the treble. Oh no, Keane's gone. Win another Champs League. Big club men have gone and we've moved on. It's Man United, it's not like Blackburn who collapsed after Walker/Dogleash left. Or City after Forward with Franny failed.
