Gary Neville is taking over the reserves

Surely this is a good idea?

United player, United through and through, has a go at managing while still able to call on the assistance of the greatest manager ever.

Either:

A: He doesn't do that well, but learns a lot. I doubt the reserves will really suffer given the depth of experience at the club helping.

B: He absolutly shines, brings a lot to the table and a United legend takes his next step in football. The reserves feel inspired enough to take that next step into the first team.
