He’s a terrible journalist. Football seems to breed these hateful no marks. Much of what he said there was factually incorrect.
Football 'journalists'

Glorified bloggers who have an inflated sense of self-worth.

City didn't even put a successful bid in for him in this window.

You know that aspect of a transfer where you bid the amount that the contracted club want for the player?

Instead they wanted him to run down his contract at Arsenal for the remaining 6 months so that they could get him for free in the summer whereby they would have paid him a £30 million pound signing on fee that would barely have got a mention and certainly wouldn't have been amortized over the number of weeks in his contract by the press to inflate the wages.

f***in football journalists basically being paid to lie about United.

Surprised that he’s seen Sanchez’s contract before it’s even been signed

The figures are nuts. Whether it’ll be good to have Alex on £500k per week when he’s 32 is another matter, but this has to give the chances of battling Guardiola’s City (and maybe even the CL) a huge boost. Massive statement.

Would honestly love to sell Lukaku this summer tbh.

Based on the figures in the video literally about four posts up the thread.

Actually works out at the equivalent of nearer £600k p/w. £650k if you include the agent.

Such poise and deliberation for a bloke basically asking a question the guy before him asked just in a different way.

Same stuff as in the london press. Simon Stone doing ciddys running likely, and matt law chelsea/arsenal

Obviously he will get a big wedge but doubt we're giving him double of pogba....

Who does it benefit to make the sanchez deal look record breaking financially? The bitches who missed out on the player

Expect the agent is so giddy he’s calling up strangers and breaking it down.

In a scintillating 0-0 draw. A sign of the times.
