On a side note from the main text it does seem as if Moyes is putting more focus on the pure physical side of the training, hopefully that will stop the likes of Rooney and Anderson starting the season toting excess weight.

You'd think the club would have their diets all set out for them. These are multi-million pound assets we're talking about. It's really quite odd. Reminds me of the Piqué interview from a few years back where he said the United players were all allowed to eat whatever they want, with the result being that a lot of them lived on beer and burgers
