His signings, unless we go down the route of poor Mou being given players he didn't want. 4 of his signings started today(and in Matic and Lukaku they were among our worst performers), after a near £400 million spend. If he is not failing in being incapable of getting the best out of the players then he has failed in recruitment.
He has, but I’m not having mitigation for people we know are never United players in a million years. If we let them keep slipping under the radar we just get more of the same, just under a new boss.

Mourinho moans about infantile attitudes, but he’s had more than enough opportunity to replace them by now. Instead he just imported some more.

Even worse that 'parking the bus' we simply just don't know how to attack any more.

The players don't know where to be, what runs to make and even if they did the quality of pass is utterly shambolic most of the time. It's a perfect storm.

How much time did we waste out on the wide right flank pissing about with the ball, kicking it off defenders, no idea what to do with it.

The owners stuff can wait for another day but first things first - the way we approach football matches HAS to change. The manager has proven himself unwilling to change and any time he feels he has a squad that is less than what he wants he seems to cut off his nose to spite his face.

Get rid of the manager, get a temp in to see us through this car crash of a season and then £#%&!ING get a manager in who isn't too old or past their glory days, get someone young and hungry in with a £#%&!ing point to prove who above all prioritises something resembling the type of football we used to be famous for.

Shocking result.

Almost as if slagging a bunch of players again by name on the eve of the game didn’t actually motivate them

they're not unmotivated. they're uncoached. mourinho is 100% of the problem.

obvs, half of that shower shouldn't even be allowed to wear a united shirt in the crowd, but still....

The players under Fergie were barely coached tbf. Phelan etc.

I agree it’s an issue but they should be able to score against Palace ffs.

It is astonishing how well Mourinho has worked his narratives. He has done an awful job, but he still has large numbers of the fans accepting/defending his lowering of expectations in a way they never would have allowed from the previous 2 managers.

Going to have to start from almost scratch when he is finally binned, he has built nothing worth persisting with. Disaster.

Needs a bigger move first.

Went from Bournemouth to Burnley and couldn't handle it.

Postage - Eddie Howe is doing enough to be seriously considered and we could get him right now.

I suggested him a while back too. Literally anyone who can get a group of players play football in the right way. Chris Hughton too. Anyone.
