With no game this weekend and a number of players returning to full fitness Pool boss Ian Holloway has named a strong side to take on the Red Devils.

Influential skipper Charlie Adam asked to play following his two-match ban and the Scottish international is joined by the French duo of Elliot Grandin and Ludovic Sylvestre in the heart of midfield.

Gary Taylor-Fletcher, Luke Varney, Sergei Kornilenko, Malaury Martin, Chris Basham, Sala Sbai and Matt Phillips make up the remainder of the side with Mark Halstead in goal.

On the bench Pool can call on young 'keeper Elliot Tarney, Ishmel Demontagnac, Stephen Husband, Liam Tomsett and Adam Dodd
Isn't that marlo's mate?

Keep an eye on him, see if he runs a bit camp.

Yeah, came on with about 15 to go for King. Few decent touches. Played an hour over a few games now.

Cheers.

Just need him to keep picking minutes up this season, no more setbacks, then he can push on through the summer, pre-season and into next season.

Seems to be forgotten by most due to his injury and the rise of Pogba, Ravel and Tunnicliffe. Top talent though.

As has been said previously, due to his injury record, it's hard to base any claim to his potential and current status, as he just hasn't played the games for us to warrant it.

Hope the kid does get more games, and can develop into the "new Totti" as was rumoured.

He's been sacked from previous clubs for his unprofessional lifestyle, sorry popping bottles and being a top boy, apparently.

LULZ.

As if getting Norwood's name wrong wasn't bad enough, Josh King was number 9.
