I never really enjoyed watching Tevez at United. He's been twice the player at City. I don't know anyone who called them the new holy trinity either tbh.

marlo?

Tbh, I waited £#%&!ing ages to see Ronaldo, Rooney and Tevez together for United and it was good for that first season, but everyone forgets that all the fans spent the vast majority of 07-08 bitching and moaning that we didn't sign a proper striker, whinging about Saha all year and how we desperately needed to replace him and that not doing would undermine the season. Tevez got dogs abuse and was written off as shit for the first 3-4 months. Short memories and all that. 'We had Larsson, Saha and Ole as well as Rooney last season, now we've only got Tevez and Rooney, and Saha is £#%&!ed' etc...

Personally, I was concerned about the midfield and the fact it tended to be overpowered by the likes of Chelsea and Liverpool

tevez was brilliant at united and never had a proper pre season. there was always the belief he would get better.

we should have paid the £40m to keep him.

even if ronaldo left, him and nani would have stepped up and filled the void that see right now.

No, he really wasn't. He had great work ethic but was pretty mediocre compared to our previous strikers.

Who gives a £#%&! about Ronaldo and Tevez? Neither @#%&! wanted to stay here and they both £#%&!ed off at the first chance.

Right now we're top of the league, where the £#%&! are they? £#%&! 'em.

and this was in 07/08 you say?

i remember we did lose one game against chelsea in the run-in. i say lose, more robbed really.

seemed to do okay in the other 3 games against them that season. and against arsenal. and against liverpool. and roma. and barcelona. and near enough everyone else except the £#%&!ing liars...

tevez is a great player btw. he was never gonna displace rooney of course. not seen the little @#%&! have as good a partnership as he had with berbatov mind, and not many fancied that partnership for some reason...
