No just a history of injuries.

The season before we signed him, he played 15 games, 22 before that. He's been unlucky has the lad, but one has to question why he's getting so many injuries.

I remember his debut, reading about some Scotch winger thinking maybe we'd got ourselves a new Strachan or summat. Sadly disappointed.

Tbh, it was a strange signing, bringing in someone that £#%&!ing shit.

Thought it would have shown in the medical, even the early stages. £#%&! knows. It's too early for this.

Apparantly not, as I rememberhis first experience of tendinitis came during his first pre-season game for us.

Tell me about it.

I kept saying "Well he's played in 4 Scottish Cup Finals so there must be something about him".

Seem to remember Fergie alternating him on the wings each half so he was as far away from him as possible.

Saw him score a 20 yarder one, think it was against Charlton, BIG deflection.

As already mentioned, in recent years it has to be Tosic for me.

The only explanation I can think of is that he was simply a "makeweight" for that other Serb we didn't sign

Very strange indeed. I've only seen him a couple of times but he looked good on every occasion. He certainly looked good enough to be a squad player. Obviously his size could have been a bit of an issue.

Maybe he has attitude problems or just didn't get on with the coaching staff.

Probably one of the most logical signings we've ever made tbh. The thread is about strange signings, not shit ones.
