Yes, you do get the impression he was just the bit-part in what was intended to be the Ljajic (sp?) deal. When that fell through (I would be interested to know why *that* happened) he had zero future at United. A pity, because since leaving he has appeared quite useful

BTW is there an echo in here, JC??

Tosic is an odd case. Looked worth a try to me, yet he seems to get ignored all the time.

Sir Alex never used him, then he has a very good season in Germany by all accounts...but doesn't get used by Serbia at all and only CSKA came in for him
